We want you to be happy with your order. If you need to return an item, please contact us first at foundwhilescrolling@gmail.com with your order number.

Your right to cancel

If you are a UK customer buying online, you usually have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, unless an exemption applies.

After telling us you want to cancel, you then have another 14 days to return the item to us or to the return address we provide.

Return condition

Items should be returned unused, in their original condition and, where possible, in the original packaging. You are allowed to inspect an item as you would in a shop, but we may make a deduction from your refund if the item has been used, damaged or handled more than necessary.

How to start a return

To start a return, email us at foundwhilescrolling@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Your full name
  • The item you want to return
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos, if the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect

Please do not send items back before contacting us, as some products may need to be returned to a specific supplier return address.

Return postage

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, customers are responsible for the cost of return postage.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue. We will help arrange a suitable solution, which may include a replacement, repair or refund depending on the situation.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and checked, we will confirm whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. We will refund eligible returns within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

If you cancel your full order under your cancellation rights, we will also refund the standard delivery cost you paid, where required by law. If you selected a more expensive delivery option, only the standard delivery amount may be refunded.

Items that may not be returnable

Some items can only be returned if they are faulty, damaged or not as described. This may include personalised items, perishable goods, sealed hygiene products that have been opened, or other products where return rights are legally limited.
